Questions people ask

Do I need a card to start?: No. Every new business gets 14 days of the Growth plan free. Pick a plan from Settings → Plan & billing whenever you are ready; nothing is charged until then.
Are the invoices GST-compliant?: Yes. Tax invoices carry your GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, CGST/SGST or IGST split, consecutive invoice numbers per outlet and a round-off line. Composition dealers get a bill of supply. The tax report exports GSTR-1-ready summaries.
What happens when the internet goes down?: The desktop app keeps billing and printing from its own database. Bills, payments and stock changes sync to the cloud when you are back online, with no duplicates and no lost invoice numbers.
How does QR ordering get paid?: Customers scan the QR on their table, order from their phone and pay through your own Razorpay account. Money goes straight to you; we never hold it and we take no commission.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Upgrade any time and the new limits apply immediately. Cancel from Settings and your plan runs until the end of the paid period.
Is there a per-outlet charge?: No. Each plan includes a number of outlets and registers. Chains with more than ten outlets can talk to us about a custom plan.
