Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to POS subscription fees. It does not cover sales you make to your own customers.

Free trial

Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. If you do not subscribe, the account becomes read-only; no payment is taken.

Monthly plans

Monthly fees are charged in advance and are not refunded for partial months. Cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.

Yearly plans

Within 14 days of the first yearly payment you may request a full refund if you have not used the service for live billing. After that, a pro-rated refund of the unused full months is available on request.

Duplicate or failed charges

Duplicate charges are refunded in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval; your bank may take longer to show it.

Email support@codecano.com from the owner's account with the business name and invoice number.
